By accessing the Enigma website or investor platform, a user agrees to comply with these Terms and any additional agreements applicable to a particular account, transaction or service.

If a user does not agree with these Terms, the user should not use the platform.

Users must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating and maintaining an account. Enigma may require additional information before enabling particular account functions.

Account access is personal to the authorized account holder. Users must not knowingly permit unauthorized persons to use their login credentials.

Enigma may require identity, address, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, beneficial-owner or other information before enabling or continuing account activity.

Submission of information does not guarantee account approval, compliance clearance, funding access or acceptance of a transaction.

Funding instructions displayed by the platform are generated for the applicable payment request. Investors are responsible for verifying the displayed asset, network, amount and destination before sending digital assets.

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Assets sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network or incompatible asset format may be difficult or impossible to recover.

A payment request is not treated as completed merely because a user has initiated a transfer. Completion depends on the applicable processor and platform records.

Information displayed in the investor portal may include principal, scheduled interest, accrued amounts, maturity dates, portfolio records and other account information.

Website illustrations, educational materials and projected returns should not be treated as guarantees of future performance. Legal and economic rights relating to a particular investment should be determined by the applicable executed agreements.

Digital assets may experience substantial volatility, network delays, forks, congestion, technological failures, cybersecurity incidents, liquidity changes, regulatory changes and loss of value.

Users should read the separate Risk Disclosure before funding an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over their email account, password, devices and authentication factors.

Enigma will never require an investor to submit a cryptocurrency wallet seed phrase or private key as an account verification credential.

Platform functionality may depend on third-party infrastructure, networks, payment providers, market-data providers, cloud services and blockchain networks.

Enigma does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature or third-party service.

Users must not use the platform to engage in fraud, unauthorized access, impersonation, malicious interference, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful activity or other misuse.

Enigma may review, restrict or suspend account functionality where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, investigation or platform protection, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Enigma may revise these Terms as its services and operating requirements evolve. Material revisions should be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, renewed acceptance.
